We can now access your computer remotely and provide assistance on the key issues and provide you with better experience at GNS.

How it works?

  • Once you click on the Windows or Mac link above, an application file will be downloaded and you will have to run it in your pc/ mac.
  • You will then pass your Anydesk ID to GNS staff and he/she will be able to request connection
  • You will receive a connection request in your screen which you need to approve before we can see or control your screen.
  • Once the session is over, you can securely exit the connection or GNS will terminate from our end.

This remote support session is backed by Anydesk under the licenced use by GNS Associates Limited. The way we record, hold your data will be as per our Privacy Policy.

Any data handling with Anydesk will be as per their Privacy Policy.
