How it works?
- Once you click on the Windows or Mac link above, an application file will be downloaded and you will have to run it in your pc/ mac.
- You will then pass your Anydesk ID to GNS staff and he/she will be able to request connection
- You will receive a connection request in your screen which you need to approve before we can see or control your screen.
- Once the session is over, you can securely exit the connection or GNS will terminate from our end.
